Thank you for shopping with Infinivate. As an independent seller, I strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the rules for returns and refunds. Please read it carefully before requesting a return.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery​ (unless otherwise specified for specific products).

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect​ (e.g., wrong size/color).

  • Non-returnable items: Digital products (e.g., e-books), custom-made goods, and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics) cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact me​ within the eligible period at support@infinivate.lat​ with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos/videos (e.g., of damaged items)

  2. I will review your request and provide a return address and instructions within 2 business days.

  3. Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method. For returns due to my error (e.g., wrong item), I will cover return shipping costs; otherwise, the customer bears return shipping fees.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method​ within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees (unless the return is due to my error).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Items returned after the 14-day window.

  • Products damaged by customer misuse or improper handling.

  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items.

  • Items without original packaging or showing signs of use.

5. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Digital products: Due to their replicable nature, digital items (e-books, software) are non-refundable.

  • Custom orders: Personalized goods cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

  • Shipping delays: I am not responsible for carrier delays but will assist in tracking resolutions.
